We’re proud to announce the addition of 4 NEW machines to our Sharp-Rite Family! All in an effort to serve our customers better!

We have recently acquired;

• Zoller “Smart Check 450” Measuring machine.

We’re proud to announce the addition of another brand new grinder!

It was without question that a larger precision surface grinder was in demand, so here’s our new family member:

• 24” x 60” Full Electro Magnetic Chuck
  
• .0002” Parallelism over 36”
  
• NC Controls
  
• Equipped with Diamond, CBN, and Ceramic Wheels.

Many of our projects require EDM work. Especially for those irregular and odd shaped parts, where grinding is simply not the solution.

As part of our future plans to be more diversified, the addition of our new Wire EDM machine enables us to keep end user costs to a minimum. Our goal is to complete all projects in house.

A simple but necessary support equipment for our new Wire EDM. Capable of drilling small holes in hardened materials, including carbide.

Not only can we drill the hard materials, but it's incredibly quick!

Yes, we can even drill out some of those nasty broken taps!!
